PCSAA Handbook

HANDBOOK

The Public Charter School Athletic Association’s (PCSAA) ‘Policies, Rules, and Regulations Governing Athletics Handbook for Members’ is a culmination of multiple collaborative discussions with key stakeholders, such as parents, administrators, teachers, and coaches, who are dedicated to interscholastic athletics in the District of Columbia.

For the 2019-20 school year, this handbook should be used as template and guidance for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to assist in the administration of athletic programs. While PCSAA continues its efforts to create a unified interscholastic program for all of the District of Columbia’s Charter School student-athletes, we appreciate your patience and welcome your comments on the latest edition of the PCSAA handbook.

The PCSAA welcomes and appreciates your comments as this handbook may be modified at a later point.
